  • Personal information is kept securely on a single password protected computer, and is used solely to perform our bed and breakfast or livery yard service.

  • We will never wilfully disclose personal information about you to any third party, unless to fulfil our duties and responsibilities to you, for example we may need to contact booking.com or Expedia about a B&B reservation made via their website.

  • Any hard copies are filed until such time as they can be destroyed - e.g invoices for accounting purposes.

  • You have the right to access data that is stored by us at any time, please contact us to request this.

  • We do not use your data to send any form of marketing via email, telephone or post.
   

When booking B&B rooms online via Freetobook you will be also be asked to accept the privacy statement before confirming your booking.
