Accommodation includes four en-suite converted barn rooms, a private hayloft suite with private entrance, two farmhouse bedrooms with private bathrooms, and a self-catering Sunset Glamping Cabin. Horse and pony paddocks with hay are available, with stables by special request.
Each space is individually designed, spotlessly clean, and features top-quality beds and linen. Excellent WiFi and ample parking are available.
Guests are free to explore the surrounding estate—lush grasslands, lakes, woodland walks, and hilltop views await. All B&B rooms sit around a charming walled garden, alive with birdsong and seasonal blooms. The Sunset Cabin nestles quietly behind the farmhouse and has magnificent views of rolling Devon hills.
Breakfast is a daily highlight, served beside a roaring fire at a large round table in the farmhouse. Ingredients are largely organic and sourced from our garden, fields, or local producers.
Children, dogs, and horses are all warmly welcomed. Young visitors especially love the on-site mini zoo with bunnies, ponies, alpacas, goats, and more.

The Sunset Cabin (B&B / self-catering) nestles quietly in an indigenous copse, in North Devon, with a magnificent view of rolling Devon hills together with golden / pink sunsets. The cabin is open plan with a master double bedroom, modern kitchenette and sitting room where the superior sofa bed can accommodate 2 more children / teenagers / guests.

This pretty, sunny, east-facing bedroom overlooks the walled garden and has a climbing rose directly outside its window. It is beautifully furnished with gorgeous fabrics, comfortable, queen-sized bed, large cupboard, plenty of storage and a wash basin. The modern, spacious private bathroom is next door, with an antique fireplace and garden views.
A cosy warm, west-facing bedroom with pretty pale yellow and pink chintz curtains. Furnished with antique mahogany furniture, 2 mirrors, and brass hooks on the door. The private bathroom is not next door but you have bathrobes in your room. This room is perfect for children, when booked alongside the Yellow Room, forming a family suite with shared bathroom.

Pearl's Room is located at the front of the 18th Century Farmhouse, overlooking the garden full of climbing roses, shrubs and trees. It faces east getting the beautiful morning sun. The double bed has a high-quality matress, padded headboard, heated towel radiator and one other radiator, a desk and clothes storage. The private shower room is nearby..

Children, dogs and horses are all welcome, and can be added as 'additional extras' during the online booking process. £20 per dog per stay (by prior arrangement), £20 per travel cot per stay, £18 per night for horses, and between £30 - £75 per night per extra child or adult sleeping on a floor mattress (depending on age).
We have paddocks available for your horse or pony with hay (to order) if desired. Stables by special request. There is ample parking for your lorries or trailers in the stables' carpark.

Booking / Cancellation Policy:
• A deposit of 50% of the booking total is required.
• Full Booking balance will be paid a week, approximately, before arrival.
• You may cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival.
• If the booking is cancelled after 14 days before arrival, the full 100% is non-refundable.
• In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
