Hollamoor Farm B&B in Tawstock, near Barnstaple in North Devon offers guests utter peace and tranquillity.
Guests can choose from the 4 luxurious en-suite bedrooms in the newly converted barn, a very private en-suite guest bedroom with a sitting area in the converted hayloft with its own front door, hall and staircase. In addition, there are 3 similar ones in the same barn. Meanwhile, there are 2 further double bedrooms in the main farmhouse; these are not en-suite but have private bathrooms
All rooms are individually deisgned, spotlessly clean, and have high quality beds and linen. There is ample parking, a great WiFi connection, and guests are welcome to explore the farm and country esate to get a true taste of life in the North Devon countryside (there is plenty of grassland, hills, lakes and woodlands for walking).
The converted barn bedrooms, hayloft suite and farmhouse are set around a pretty walled garden that is alive with birdsong and flowers.
Breakfast is always a special event, being served at a huge, round table in the main farmhouse, beside a roaring fire in the inglenook fireplace. The food for our menus is mostly organic, procured from the garden, hedges, woods or fields or else locally sourced.
Prices shown are based on 2 adults sharing a room.
Children, dogs and horses are all welcome, and can be added as 'additional extras' during the online booking process. £20 per dog per stay (by prior arrangement), £20 per travel cot per stay, £18 per night for horses, and between £30 - £75 per night per extra child or adult sleeping on a floor mattress (depending on age).
Children will love the farm and mini zoo (bunnies, ponies, alpacas, goats etc...). We have paddocks available for your horse or pony with hay (to order) if desired. Stables by special request. There is ample parking for your lorries or trailers in the stables' carpark.

This pretty, sunny, east-facing bedroom overlooks the walled garden and has a climbing rose directly outside its window. It is beautifully furnished with gorgeous fabrics, comfortable, queen-sized bed, large cupboard, plenty of storage and a wash basin. The modern, spacious bathroom, exclusive to this room is next door, with an antique fireplace and view of the garden.
A cosy warm, west-facing bedroom with pretty pale yellow and pink chintz curtains. Furnished with antique mahogany furniture, 2 mirrors, and many brass hooks on the back of the door. Has it's own, modern, private bathroom which is not nearby. This room is perfect for children, when booked alongside the Yellow Room, forming a family suite with shared bathroom.

Super custom-made superking or twin beds with high quality matresses and linen, and a newly refurbished private bathroom virtually opposite the bedroom door (four paces)...
Booking / Cancellation Policy:
A deposit of 50% of the booking total is required.
Full Booking balance will be paid a week, approximately, before arrival.
You may cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival.
If the booking is cancelled after 14 days before arrival, the full 100% is non-refundable.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
